Frequency found

We have found a Frequency of 1.33GHz using a Spectrumanalyzer (bb60c - Signalhound) and a shielded environment.
We were not able to locate the Source by now and are still investigating.

I say it's Satellite. The Finder of this Signal says it's Celltowers.

What do you guys think?

Edit: The Signal looks like a Comb on the Spektrumanalyzer and is coming from two Sources / Sides. You can see the Split in the Middle.
